Military Units
Doctrine support, syllabus authoring, instructor mentoring, and direct delivery for specialist units — built to reinforce internal capability, not displace it.
Sector profile.
Specialist military units — counter-IED, special operations, military intelligence — face threat profiles that evolve faster than their force-development cycles. ERM exists in part to close that gap, augmenting unit capability with consultants whose recent operator experience supplements the unit’s own internal expertise.
Engagements typically focus on doctrine, syllabus, instructor mentoring, and direct delivery. Our model favours the instructor-mentor approach: we work to build the unit’s internal capability rather than to substitute for it. Where direct delivery is appropriate, it is structured to leave the unit better-equipped to deliver the same training itself in future.
Confidentiality is intrinsic to the engagement architecture. ERM operates within the unit’s existing command, classification, and procurement frameworks.
