Brief.

ERM Virtual Training was built to deliver subject matter expertise to clients whose teams are distributed, classified, or otherwise constrained from in-person attendance. Curriculum is authored by the same operators who deliver our advisory work — and is calibrated to the learner’s role, force structure, and operating environment.

The default mode is hosted live delivery via the client’s preferred secure platform, with self-paced asynchronous modules where appropriate. Training is structured to build operational competence — not to fill a checkbox.

Engagements range from single-session briefings for senior leadership through to multi-week instructor-led programmes with formal assessment. We work to the client’s classification posture and platform constraints throughout.

Custom Curriculum Design

Off-the-shelf training rarely meets the standard required by clients operating against real threat. ERM authors curriculum from first principles — built around the learner’s role, the threat profile they face, and the force or organisational architecture they sit within. Modules are designed to be combinable into longer programmes or used standalone.

Hosted Virtual Delivery

Live virtual instruction is the default mode for most of our engagements. We deliver multi-session courses, short-form briefings, and structured workshops via the client’s preferred secure conferencing platform — with the same SME instructor-led model used in our in-person delivery.
