Our specialist staff also run other specifically designed Table-Top exercises to ensure that business continuity procedures in place within organisations are robust and able to withstand in incident involving a single IED, multiple IEDs or IEDs with a CBRN payload.
These exercises and workshops are specifically tailored around vulnerability and reduction investment for all current threats to either business or infrastructure.
These exercises are designed around your business and your location(s) and always involve the very latest threat as detailed by our IED Intelligence analysts. Exercises normally cover two days and cover a number of scenarios to build on skills learnt through the workshop, but can be tailored to meet specific needs. The scenarios range from simple to complex and can be relaxed or pressured as required and cover progressively complex scenarios. Explosive Risk Management will steer each scenario to its conclusion and then chair critique sessions after each to identify lessons learnt that can be taken forward to the next scenario. In this way a complex scenario can be introduced by the end of day two to be dealt with by a cohesive team, with a full understanding of their organisations requirement for business continuity and disaster management.
